Daybreak & Nightfall

 

This could be it again

Clouds driving by the sky

Birds chirping like a mellow

Busy streets, children playing

Money making adults

 

Stuck in this cycle again

Wherein the sunrises to the west

Then sets back to the east

Should I never care at all

For the day will break again

And the nightfall ascents

 

The moon weeps crystals

Cross risen

The shadow befriended

The nocturnal washout

A struggle for you.
